These guys are THE BEST!! I have now used them twice. Charmina, the receptionist, is so helpful and a responsive. Joe Miller did my last plumbing repair. He was on time, gave me accurate detail about the problem, an immediate quote and immediate repair. I will DEFINITELY use them again. They also have a "priority" club. I've used them twice: main drain back-up, they were out the next day and solved the problem, left my bathroom cleaner than it was before(!), and yesterday for a hot water heater tank replacement, they came on short notice, did a spectacular job, can't say enough about Joe the Plumber (his name, for real!). I own a property management company in San Francisco, deal with plumbers every day, have never seen a more qualified contractor. I referred them to my neighbor, and they came out to unclog her main drain the day after Thanksgiving, the busiest day of the year for plumbing contractors.
