Elsie's Club is private membership service plan that is limited to 25% of our clients. We are unable to offer this to everyone as we could not possibly keep up with all the work. We are offering it only to people like you, who really love your homeand want the best protection available. Elsie's Club offers unparalleled service and security for your homes plumbing.

1. Over $500 in FREE Services
Once a year, one of our fully trained plumbers will give your home a thorough inspection, perform scheduled services, and any required plumbing system adjustments, including connected equipment. The complete list includes over 100 different items.
Here's a peek at just a few of our unique services:
• A full video inspection of accessible sewer laterals, allowing you to prevent any toilet or plumbmg backups that may be caused by roots or old broken pipes.
• You will also receive one free bottle of Bio-Smart, a natural drain treatment that can keep drain lines clean eliminating costly drain snaking forever!
• All your toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. New Flappers are installed, and any needed adjustments are performed FREE!
• All of your faucets are tested and must pass a rigid "Performance Test". If they don't they'll be adjusted FREE!
• All of your exposed water lines are checked for any damage.
• All of the piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any sign of potential water damage.
• All of your drains are checked above, and below sinks for any leaks or clogs.
• Your washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested.
• Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks, and signs of corrosion. We'll even flush your water heater while we're there to make sure you don't have to buy a new one years ahead of schedule.
• Water pressure is checked to make sure you're not risking damage to all of your water using appliances and fixtures.
• Your Gas Meter is checked for earthquake preparedness and leaks.
• Any concerns or questions you have about your homes plumbing will be gladly answered.

3. Preferred Service Rate
As a member of Elsie's Club you'll have the opportuniry to take advantage of "Members Only" specials throughout the year. What's more, you get a 15% discount on all your future plumbing work.
4. The Best Guarantee Ever!!
As an active Elsie's Club Member all of your warranties are automatically extended. Our standard labor warranry on repaiced work is one year. For you it is extended to two years. Our standard labor warranty on supplied and installed equipment is four years. For you it is automatically extended to match the manufactureris product warranry with a minimum of 5 years. That's right, if you buy a faucet from us that has a lifetime warranry and in 10 years it starts to leak, not only will you get the part for free, but we will take care of the ordering and come out and do the repair at no charge. We will not put products in a home that we do not believe in, and this is how we prove it. The only condition that applies is that you remain an Elsie's Club Member and participate in the Annual Home lnspections mentioned before. Otherwise warranties revert to the standard 1 and 4 years as stated above.
Your Membership is FREE for Life!!!
First of all, your membership is only $14.95 per month. All your monthly dues are accumulated and credited towards any future repair or product you purchase. For example, if you have been a member for 2 years, you have over $350 to spend on a new faucet, water heater, or plumbing product of your choice. These credits are yours forever they cannot be lost, forfeited, or taken away, even if you discontinue your membership.'
In other words, your membership along with the four preceding benefits, cost you absolutely nothing ... you can't lose!
*Discontinued Elsie's Club Memberships may be renewed one time. Any customer who discontinues their membership a second time will be ineligible to renew again. Special circumstances will be considered but must be agreed to in writing prior to membership cancellation. O'Connell Plumbing reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone .
